The CBS television show 60 minutes reports that criminals steal around 60 billion dollars from the Federal coffers each year. The method is simple. Hire or bribe a pharmacist or medical supply company with a legitimate medical practice license, buy or steal a list of medicare patients, including their name, address, date of birth, and social security number (available for $10 a head), fill out a form, send it to Medicare. Medicare pays all bills within a month. Tony defrauded the Federal Government of 29 million dollars. Watch the interview:
