Monterrey kindergarten teacher keeps Mexican children safe during drug gang shootout (video)

A class of Mexican kindergarteners braved a drug cartel shootout right under the windows of their school by singing “When it will rain chocolate.” The teacher, maestra Martha Rivera Alanis, told them to lay down and put their little faces on the floor. She lead them in song, while shooting the whole incident on her cell phone. Monterey, Mexico used to be known as the wealthiest and safest city in Mexico. It was seen as safe even by the drug cartel bosses, who used to park their families there.
