The two brothers allegedly responsible for the killing of 12 people in a deadly attack against the editorial team of the satyric magazine Charlie Hebdo are holed down and surrounded in a printing plant in Dammartin en Goelle, 25 miles north east of Paris. They are holding at least one hostage. It is not know if they are negotiating with the authorities or not.
