Books on online interaction

I am getting ready to put together the new syllabus for Online Interaction. For now, I am toying with the idea of adding one of the books in this Amazon wish list to the reading list. Any suggestions?

  1. From the list, I think Keen’s “The Cult of the Amateur” looks most interesting… The Publishers Weekly editorial review is fairly negative, but I think it might be beneficial to consider the criticisms against crowdsourcing and the wiki-collaboration that has become the hallmark of Web 2.0.

  2. I also am interested in the Web 2.0 book. Among the business community this is the latest in buzzwords – but few understand what is behind it. “Designing Interactions” looks like a good foundation book from a variety of viewpoints.
