President Obama announces that Osama Bin Laden was killed by US troops in Abbottabad (map and video)

A sudden White House announcement Sunday night that President Obama will give an important address kept the nation in suspense for about an hour and a half until the president announced officially at 11:34 PM EST that Osama Bin Laden is dead.

The president announced that Osama was killed by American special forces in Abbottabad in the middle of Pakistan, after a brief firefight. According to Inteliwire.com, Osama was found in a “mansion.”
